Homemade Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
● ¾ cup mayonnaise
● 3–5 dill pickle spears, finely diced
● ½ shallot, finely diced
● ½ lemon, juiced
● 3 teaspoons Springs Fireplace Tesuque Hot Sauce
● Salt and pepper, to taste
● Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon horseradish

Instructions:
1. Dice the pickles and shallot, then set aside.
