    We created Springs Fireplace to share our love for discovering new flavors from around the world. Today, we grow 16 varieties of peppers, each rich in its own history.

    What started with one acre of farmland on Eastern Long Island has grown into relationships with many farmers growing across New York State.

    As farmers, we care about preserving the land, so we bottle our products in glass with metal caps and encourage our customers to recycle or reuse.
